Our goal is to be as flexible as possible. We value your time, as well as our own. Because of the nature of the business, we offer a generous 24-hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to make your appointment, please cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time in order to not accrue additional fees.

Failure to cancel your appointment 24-hours prior to your scheduled service will result in a $20 cancellation fee. The fee needs to be paid by 9pm before rescheduling. This fee will be sent via email to be paid on the card you used to book your original appointment or via cash app/zelle. Bare will work with you personally to reschedule your appointment once the fee is paid. Failure to pay this fee by 9pm, will result in a permanent ban from any Bare Services. If you fail to communicate  and choose to not show up for your appointment, it will also result in a permanent ban.

LATE FEES

Bare offers services that fit with everyone's schedule. Because we work at a rapid, yet precise pace, any latenesses over 6 minutes could possibly run into the next appointment. To be fair to other clients who have booked with Bare, we offer a 6-minute grace period for all appointments. 

Anything over 6-minutes will accrue a $15 late fee. We understand that the uncertainties of traffic, however, if you are going to be more than 10-minutes late, please refer to the cancellation policy above since most services take about 15-30 minutes. 

For example:
If your appointment is scheduled for 10:00 AM, you will be granted a 6-minute grace period to arrive by 10:06 AM.
If you arrive anytime between 10:07- 10:10 AM or beyond, you will be charged a $15 late fee.  

ALL SERVICES ARE PAID IN FULL

Bare has a zero-tolerance policy for no-shows. If you do not cancel within 24hrs, reschedule (without paying your fee)  or showing up to your appointment, you will not be able to book with BARE again.
